Visit of a group of Iranian Ambassadors to ISTT and IRIS

On Friday 22nd of July 2016, a delegation of Iranian ambassadors residing outside of Iran came to visit Isfahan Science and Technology Town. The principle reason behind the visit was to familiarize the ambassadors with the main activities of the town, its parks and incubators, and UNESCO category II Center. With more than 450 companies attempting to expand their markets, the visit was most beneficial to ISTT. Strong ties between ISTT and the Iranian embassy’s around the world could be quite instrumental to developing the reach and market of the products and services of ISTT’s settled companies. To this end, the ambassadors were presented with a short introduction of ISTT’s main activities and manor of performance. The representatives of Isfahan’s Regional Center for Technology Incubator and Science Park Development (IRIS) also attended this meeting and introduced the center’s main objectives. A Q&A session was organized upon the completion of presentations in which the representatives of ISTT and IRIS responded to remaining obscurities. During this session the ambassadors promised to promote the activities of IRIS to its major service users around the world, and also assist ISTT in matters concerning foreign market development. The ambassadors were also taken on a tour of ISTT during which they visited several settled companies to get a better understanding of the companies settled in the Park and Incubators.
